• You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your purchase and before your first live session — we will refund 100% of what you paid.
• Once your first live session has taken place, the purchase is non-refundable. This is exactly why we encourage trying a free demo class first.
• To request a refund, email contact@whycosmos.com. Once approved, your refund is returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
